- Is the L700 currently running at this time? Yes
- Are there any service LEDs on? No
- What is the physical configuration of the library? 8 T10000b drives. 618 slots
- How many drives are in the library? 8
- What is the firmware level on the library and drives? Library firmware 3.18.02. Drive firmware all @ 1.52.203
- Why was the drive rebooted originally? new to this site. trying to get it into production
- What was going on at time of problem? getting library running for use
- Has there been any configuration or software changes recently? This is how it was running at the previous site.

Symptoms

Having issues with L700 library with T10000b drives. Upon reboot, drives no longer show information such as Vendor, Model, Serial Number, Firmware Version.
Rebooting again doesn't fix it.
