Cause

Customer spraying near the tape equipment.

Solution

It is recommended to cover the library to prevent any chance of airborne infiltration. Covering the front and back perforated sections would be sufficient. That means they would have to shut the library down unless they can provide a clean source of air. It is not recommended to spray foam insulation near the tape equipment under any circumstances.
