Entered tapes in both mailslot and mailslot expansion. 2. Closed the mailslot expansion and then the mailslot. 3. Tapes in the mailslot were moved to the magazines, but tapes in the mailslot expansion were still there - not moved. 4. Successfully moved tapes from the mailslot expansion to magazines using browser-based user interface. The SL150 is reporting 19 CAP cells. Following is taken from the service bundle. The actual backup application may not be aware of the additional CAP cells. Have to ask, is the customer using the left or right magazine? The expansion is on the right side. CauseACSLS issue. Solution Upgrade to ACSLS 8.4 as ACSLS 8.3 does not support the Expanded Mailslot configuration (19 mailslots) available with library firmware version 2.25.
