dbnodeupdate fails upgrading from 12.1.2.1.2 to 12.1.2.2.0

dbnodeupdate.log shows errors related to dependencies.

Cause

This is due to unpublished Bug 21627981 YUM UPDATE TO 121220 FAILS DUE TO ELFUTILS

REDISCOVERY INFORMATION:

If upgrading from 12.1.2.1.2 to 12.1.2.2.0, dbnodeupdate fails with a
dependency check. Also, the dbnodeupdate.log would indicate dependency
problems with the elfutils, elfutils-libelf-devel, and ntsysv packages.

WORKAROUND:
None

Solution

Need to download latest dbnodeupdate Release 5.151022 included in patch 16486998 that includes fix.
