Solution Type Problem Resolution Sure Solution 2072509.1 : NSP ProTrace Session is Not Capturing All the Required Traffic from PMF
In this Document
Created from <SR 3-10968637481> Applies to:Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Software - Version 9.0.3 and laterTekelec SymptomsProTrace Session is not capturing all the required traffic from PMF CauseFiltering in Traffic Classification (TC) is not allowing all traffic into session data and is blocking the visibility of required traffic. SolutionThis issue can usually be caused by the Traffic Classification (TC) and any filtering applied. An actual 'raw' capture from on the PMF itself will prove what traffic is really coming into the PMF, as part of verifying the issue. The 'raw' capture will capture all traffic vs. only filtered traffic. Removing the filtering all together is the solution to the issue, but it may also be the case to review and adjust any filtering as required to meet specific requirements.
