CauseInternal issue on ILOM level. SolutionReset ILOM and SEFOS to factory defaults. The following steps should only be done when serial console access is available to reconfigure Take a full back up so that the running and ILOM configuration can be restored. This is described in Oracle Switch ES1-24 Release 1.3.1 Product Notes . Note the ILOM ipaddress, ipgateway and ipnetmask as this will need to be manually added after resetting to factory default in order to proceed with restoring the saved backup
->show /SP/network <-----Save this output
To reset Oracle ILOM configuration to factory defaults: ->set /SP reset_to_defaults=all
To use SEFOS default configuration after next reset: sefos#erase start up
Restart the switch: -> reset /SP
Manually add the ->/SP/network settings back from the serial cli Example: -> set /SP/network/ pendingipaddress=10.152.229.12
Set 'pendingipaddress' to '10.152.229.12' -> set /SP/network/ pendingipgateway=10.152.228.1 Set 'pendingipgateway' to '10.152.228.1' -> set /SP/network/ pendingipnetmask=255.255.254.0 Set 'pendingipnetmask' to '255.255.254.0'
