SL8500 is unable to add tape drive.

Solution

Coming from special build code version RB3.61.101. Downgrade code to 1.61.301 (which is available on SAC) prior to install 3.62.111 and see if symptom changes. If drive is visible in SL8500, proceed with upgrade to 3.62.111 coming from 1.61.301.

Upgrade T10000C to 3.62.111 coming from special build code version RB3.61.101.
