Symptoms

A second CEA transmitted by DSR when connection is set to 500ms as RTO min

Cause

Second captured on the secondary path

Solution

Responder connections are configured with the local node attributes and reconfigured with connection attributes, when capabilities exchange completes. Default is 120ms.
