Applies to:

Sun Ray Software - Version SRS 5.3 to SRS 5.4.4 [Release 5.0]
Sun Ray Hardware - Version Sun Ray 3 to Sun Ray 3Plus [Release 1.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After booting up Sun Ray 3+ client with a multi-headed configuration, the secondary monitor (non primary) starts flickering and switches to showing resolution 1601x1200.

Power cycling the secondary monitor does not resolve the issue. Upon inserting a card, the secondary monitor resynchronizes to the correct 1600x1200 resolution and stops flickering

Changes

Upgraded Sun Ray Operating System (SROS) to  11.1.5.0_34_2015.03.25.20.08

Cause

Regression with 11.1.5.0_34_2015.03.25.20.08 SROS

Possibly related to old Bug 14093227

Solution

Currently, the only way to workaround this issue, is to downgraded the SROS to 4.3_146928-01_2011.06.03.14.41
