IHAC getting an error when they audit the mail slot. Replaced the robot but the new robot failed with the same error...put back with the old robot and currently library is operational but the mail slot still cannot be audited.

Cause

This all indicates a mail slot calibration issue.

Solution

Check the attached picture to reference the calibration target. It may be damaged, or the mail slot may not be seated properly.

Mail Slot Target

It is not a CRU currently. You need to replace the whole chassis to get a new one.
