Symptoms

All or several IMF links are having CONN status on the linkDisp command result:

Concerned links are not buffering data to the next level (Data Flow and DFPs) causing the stop of several sessions.

Cause

A clock issue has been detected on the related Eagle.
The following entries have been observed on the eagleMonitor process logs:

1005:180305.626 APP-V MINOR -- EMPPortMonitor::processRxMessage -- Received an invalid message 0x6 in state CONNECTEDDISCONNECTED. Closing connection. ERROR: GN_INTERN: Received zero timestamp from Eagle (2111:1) [EMPPortMonitor.C:700]

Also, the below alarm is raising on the Eagle side for the impacted STC cards :

Solution

Verify that ntp broadcast is configured on 1A and 1B servers of subsystem. tcpdump capture can help to confirm it (How to 2066185.1).

If it is ok, ask customer to contact the Eagle support to solve the clock issue on the STP side.
