Solution 2061653.1 : Eagle STP UIO Alarms Aren't Transferring To NETBOSS

Eagle STP UIO alarms are not being transferred to NETBOSS.

COMMAND Processes stopped at the probuilder.
Detected that TRM=21 was configured to all parameters as NO.

COMMAND Process at probuilder not running and also TRM wrong configuration at Eagle.

Check the to make sure the following are occurring:

1. In the probuilder verify STP EMSALM,CMD and General terminal is green.

2. Make sure 3 terminal is reserved for EMS (ALM, CMD, General) to connect to STP UIO.

3. In the CMI try to manually connect to STP and check the status.

4. Restart the command, general, alarm port of STP UIO in EMS Probuilder.

Resolution: probuilder processes restarted and changing the TRM configuration

all alarms was appearing instantaneously
