Cause

 CAP signal not present from HBZ to HBC

Check for continuity from J503 to J502 on HBN.

Check for continuity from P502 to P406 and P407, pn 4196068 ribbon cable

Check for continuity from J406 and J407 to J405 and J404, pn 4196164 ribbon cable

Check for continuity from P405 and P404 to J207, pn 4196068 ribbon cable
