Symptoms

EM12c Cloud Control Discovery for Exadata Database Machine becomes unresponsive at SNMP Subscription tab. It just hangs and displays a 'Page Unresponsive' popup window as follows:

Cause

Unknown at this time. Support is attempting to reproduce this issue.

Solution

Workaround: Use Firefox as a browser which seems to work correctly.
