Symptoms
3820 HA pair keeps switching to 2nd SBC . Both are 100% healthy but when we make SBC#1 primary...after awhile it swaps back to SBC#2. This causes the MS UM system to start having issues. Both SBC's are the same and show 100% healthy.
Cause
one of SBC don't apply stage3 bootloader
