Symptoms

A minor database validation error was detected on the MP server during an update. MP internal database is now out of sync with the configuration database. Subsequent database operations on the MP are ALLOWED. CFG-DB Validation Error

Changes

A new connection was added

Cause

The alarm that was appearing on the MP server is not a true alarm

When a new connection was added, there was an issue in binding to the TxPerConnqueue sysmetric and then alarm 19901 was raised.
The system corrected the TxPerConnqueue, but never cleared this alarm.

Solution

Executed the following command to clear the alarm:
alarm.put -e19901 -s 5
