SymptomsOracle database connection failed to DWS because maximum number of Oracle processes has been reached. THis issue will prevent the end user from querying data with NSP application and will also impact the IxpStore processes if they are trying to reconnect. CauseThere is a high number of IxpStore processes running on the subsytem, each of them generates 2 connections on the first DWS they connect. If we add the connections related to internal Oracle processing plus the queries from NSP, it can easily reach the 500 max processes. SolutionIt is recommended to see the DWS to maintenance mode in CCM before applying the workaround.
