SymptomsIf the IFCM is replaced - the default cell count available to customer is 200. ChangesIt was expected that the customer or site service personal would save the upgrade keys in a safe place to be reused if the IFCM unit was broken or disabled. Note - the IFCM feature can be the original single card in the L1400 library or the replacement units SN3300 or SN3400 routers. Cause If the customer had purchased higher cell count 300 - 1400. SolutionAt this time, replacement L1400 License Keys are not available to be given to customers. It was expected that the customer or site service personal would save the upgrade keys in a safe place to be reused if the IFCM unit was broken or disabled. If you have a L1400 and need licensing above 200 cells - 1. Open a SR in MOS. 2. Have the L1 MOS agent contact Level 2 Hardware Support in Broomfield. - Broomfield GSS (Level 2 Support) has a workaround to get the needed License's. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
