Symptoms
Pre-upgrade backup fails on secondary server when in Failover mode.
Cause
The script seems to read host information from /Tekelec/WebNMS/classes/hbnlib/hibernate.cfg.xml and to access primary server for backup instead of secondary server
Solution
Bug 21783617 has been opened for this issue. Will be resolved in GA release.
