Symptoms

It can happen, that OAM cards are locked off the IMT by HIPR2 cards in the control shelf.

Cause

Eagle - R44: HIPR2 cards in the control shelf may lock OAM cards off the IMT

Solution

E5-MASP could not brought in service due to a known issue in Eagle Software Release 44.0

Bulletin TN003545 is attached

After rebooting the IMT A and IMT B bus, the E5-MASP cards were tested and both cards could be in-service. Issue cleared after the IMT reset and E5-MASP came back in-service again.
