The '13th' chassis does not list as a serial numbered device, but as the WWN number of one of the IOMs.

SolutionIn this case, the issue was caused by 'faulty' hardware and was the IOM 1 (upper) of the last 'real' JBOD that caused the "ghost" JBOD to be seen. Once it was replaced, only the 'real' 12 shelves were seen in the CLI listing.
