Symptoms

FMA generated this error message:

Fault event description: An Integrated I/O non-fatal error in downstream PCIE device has occurred.
An Integrated I/O (II0) non-fatal error in downstream PCIE device has occurred.

Changes

IB firmware updates were being applied.

Cause

A Hermon IB card firmware upgrade was active on the card.

Solution

Mark the fault as repaired and there should be no further issue.

NOTE: In some cases after you clear the error and it may return in maintenance problems / FMA section . To fix this you will need to re-flash the IB HCA firmware and reboot the node to clear the error.
