An Integrated I/O (II0) non-fatal error in downstream PCIE device has occurred.
ChangesIB firmware updates were being applied.
CauseA Hermon IB card firmware upgrade was active on the card.
SolutionMark the fault as repaired and there should be no further issue.
NOTE: In some cases after you clear the error and it may return in maintenance problems / FMA section . To fix this you will need to re-flash the IB HCA firmware and reboot the node to clear the error.
