Symptoms
After migrating to LSMS 13, mysql continues to crash and restart.
Changes
Migrating from LSMS 12 to LSMS 13,
Cause
We determined that mysql was crashing because the mysql.user table from the LSMS 12 server running mysql 5.0.90 was dumped and restored on the new LSMS 13 server running mysql 5.6.18. The password encryption and authentication is not compatible.
Solution
The issue was resolved by restoring the software
