Symptoms

If push-receiver is set for HDR pushing and if group-setting are set such as sip-rate-per-agent or sip-rate-per-inf but no data is available in the raw CSV files.

Cause

This may be caused due to extra-method-stats being set to disabled undersip-config

Solution

To confirm this behavior, please check the output of the show sipd rate interface command.

If there is no data, or the message "No Sip Interface Statistics Available", then check if 'extra-method-stats' is set to disabled.  If yes, then enable it.

Session-router - > sip-config - > extra-method-stats enabled

Once these changes are made and Activated, please re-check the raw CSV files. The data should be available
