SL8500 SL3000 T10000 9840 Ethernet cable connector SymptomsThe ethernet connection socket has detached from the drive case and pushed back inside the drive when trying to plug in the management connection cable. CauseNetwork cable connector pushes into the drive tray, unable to connect a network cable to the tape drive. Solution1. Remove drive tray from SL8500 bay.
