Symptoms

System stopped responding.

System rebooted.

"Uncompression Error ...Kernel Panic..." is shown on the screen at reboot.

Library is unable to boot and hangs.

Reboot has no effect and problem remains with same failure message.

Factory reset not possible.

No diagnostics possible as library and GUI totally unresponsive.

None

Cause

Robot logic failure.

Solution

Attempts to remove screen and replace had no effect.

Expansion modules were removed and this too had no effect.

KLM was replaced. No Effect.

Attempts made to reboot with no USB stick in bot failed.

Replaced the robot and issue was resolved.
