SymptomsAfter going through initialization and config of library, library is getting the following robot error messages: Checked magazine sensors on back of library and they were all seated okay. ChangesVertical channel guide must have gotten out of alignment during shipping. CauseLibrary chassis: further investigation found the vertical robot channel guide preventing robot to lower from home location. See photo. SolutionStraighten to clear the obstruction of the vertical channel and verify robot complete initialization.
