Case Title: automatic switch over of SLB03 during reboot of SBC`s
Case Type (Tech Support)
Customer Severity: Fault Severity 3
Case Priority: 3
System Details: ORACLE IMS CORE
System Release: VoLTE 4G - IR92
Product Family: ORACLE SLB

Product Module
A) Problem Statement (object and deviation i.e. what is happening to what?)
The Oracle SLB01 had an automatic switchover from Active to Standby during the parallel reboot of the SBC01,SBC02, SBC03 and SBC04.
B) What is the perceived problem? (details - i.e. any alarm messages, screen shots etc as supporting information)
. State switchover of SLB01 from Active to Standby should not be affected when concurrentely rebooting the SBC`s 01-02-03-04.
C) What should it be doing? (when operating normally how does it work / has it worked before?)
. SLB01(Session Load Balancer) should remain in it's current state if is set to "Active" initialy/prior to reboot it should remain "Active" and not change state, regardless if the
SBC's(Session Border Controller) are rebooted in parallel or not.
D) When was the problem first noticed? (date and time first noticed and when since?)
. Since 19/05/2015 00.00AM - 01.30 AM
E) Where is the problem happening?
. The SLB01 is located in OFFENBACH - ofbh1
F) Is there any other additional information? (i.e. upgrades recently taken place, configuration changes etc.)
. Only a reboot of SBC01, SBC02, SBC03, SBC04 were performed during the SLb01 state switchover from "Active" to "Standby".
. The logs for SLB03 are attached with this problem ticket in order to support troubleshoot analysis.
