The IPSG card 2304 is rebooting after having congestion with module ath_vxw_mgr. Line 1728

This obit Line 1728 in R44 indicates a failure.
'Module ath_vxw_mgr' is a failure sending a system buffer to the IMT requesting its maintenance block.

It may happen when having the feature Fast Copy.

After some time the links on the card went under congestion but in a while after that, the card booted with obit "ath_vxw_mgr. Line: 1828"
An IPSG card can crash/boot if congestion is experienced on the Fast Copy ports.
