Cause

The issue is caused by noise on the I2C bus.

Solution

Make sure your firmware is up to date.

If it is, please open an SR with Oracle support to investigate the issue.

An ILOM snapshot would be required.

NOTE: If all you're seeing are the HDD messages, please see "Hot removal of HDDx" or "/HDDx/PRSNT :Device Absent" appears upon poweron or resetting SP with System Firmware 7.3.0 or later (Doc ID 1632323.1)

NOTE 2: If your system won't power on at all, but you still see some of the messages, you may be hitting T5120/T5220/T5140/T5240 and Netras - System may not power on or report many errors on both power supplies (Doc ID 1642386.1)

Looking at the wiring diagram for the Netra T5440, notice that the DVD is connected to the PDB directly (via the DVD board/riser). Replacing the PDB usually will resolve any I2C bus noise issues. For additional safety measure, the DVD drive can also be considered for replacement.
