Symptoms

In Exalogic racks running latest January 2015 or April 2015 PSU's (both Physical and Virtual) following faults are found on one of the ZFS heads.

These faults can be seen by running "maintenance problems show" command on the ZFS heads in CLI Mode.

Changes

Upgrade from old Exalogic PSU's to latest January 2015 or April 2015 PSU.

Cause

This is a known Bug 19024367 in ZFS versions part of January and April 2015 PSUs.

It is an issue with the device 'vdev_devchassis/vdev_chassissn' fields going from 2011.1.x to 2013.1.x.

Solution

Clear the problem messages using below steps from ZFSSA BUI of the ZFS head on which these messages are observed.

BUI - 'Maintenance > Problems', please 'markrepaired' any problems associated with the readzillas installed on the 'other' head.
