Cause

It is observed that several cards are plugged into the Eagle but they are not provisioned.
In particular for the card 5217, the customer observed some errors on the router side.

Solution

When unseating the non provisioned cards from the Eagle, the troubles stopped once the card in slot 5217 was removed
