This is NOT a licensing issue.

CSE reports the robotics module will not drop below the base module.
As this is a full Base and 1 DEM, the robotics need to drop to the floor so the SL500 can identify all drives and types of modules.

Symptoms

Tried to install license file fromE-Delivery but it is not working due to error:

"Failed to install DEM to license file certificate errors"

Changes

Replaced robotics module and upgraded firmware.

Cause

Obstruction in the gap between the Base and DEM modules.

Solution

Removed obstruction.
