The formal process is to send an Email to:

HW-returns-NA_WW@oracle.com (Return Requests, Missing or Damaged Shipments) please include the Date of the SR/Order#/Customer account name in the Subject line. also include the shipping address, valid contact name, and valid contact telephone number, along with the email address.
