Symptoms

Customer reports when connected to the service processor via SER mgt port and after cold powercycle the service processor OS is not booting and never reaches login prompt.

Cause

there's corruption on the service processor.
ILOM linux OS never reaches the login prompt and won't boot even after several reset and cold powercycles

Replace the FRU containing the service processor chip.
