Notes:
T10000C/D - This issue is most likely media related. There was a problem where slitter debris was getting into the tape pack at the tape vender which can cause this problem. Any failed 36BA tape will be replaced by the media vender as they are found.

 36BA perm errors.

Cause

 Media manufacturing issue.

Solution

 There was an issue with certain media where they have debris leftover in them from the manufacturing process that results in 36BA write perm errors. If any 36BA errors are encountered on T2 media have the customer take steps to have that cartridge replaced.
