Text from the webpage: SolutionMake sure that, If you are using 64 bit Internet explorer, the java installed in the system is also 64 bit If you are using 32 bit Internet explorer, the java installed in the system is also 32 bit How to know if Internet Explorer is 32 bit or 64 bit? Go to Tools -> About Internet Explorer. If "64 bit Edition" is written, then you are using 64 bit Internet Explorer, Otherwise you are using 32 bit Internet Explorer. The Java version can be checked from, Control Panel -> Programs and features. Check whether 32 bit/64 bit Java is installed. “64-bit” will be written in case 64 bit Java.
