Symptoms

Tape Library Is Showing Robot Failure Error.

Equipment Inoperable State, Fault Code 9104, 9114

Cause

The problem was a bent retaining clip on the base module such that the robot could not pass to inventory the Drive Expansion Module.

Some mis-allignment on the base module we had to replace it entirely.

Solution

Replaced the base module.
