Symptoms
Following banner is displayed after 4 box NSP upgrade on Apache, Weblogic2 and Oracle boxes even after Post-Upgrade check:

Changes
NSP servers were upgraded to PIC 10.1.
Cause
Issue is caused by script post_upgrade_sanity_check.sh which is not doing automatic accept of upgrade.
<bug:21048563> is tracking this issue.
Solution
Manually accept the upgrade in platcfg menu on Apache, Weblogic2 and Oracle boxes.
