FSC: 3991 Error in announce presence
2015-05-05T08:45:46.871, 1.0.0.0.0, root, default, internal, 0, error, 3991, "Error in announce presence Error in announce input", data=announcePresenceinternalActivitysnmp exception=java.net.SocketException

Cause

The robot 1.2.0.1.0 was not announced properly to the library and the library is not communicating properly to it.  This causes communication issues with the ACSLS.

Solution

1. Vary LSM's offline (all of them).
2. Perform a Card Cage reboot. Drop the white circuit breakers on the ECM.. Wait 15 seconds.  Up the ECM breakers and wait 2.5 minutes.  Go around to the front of the library and depress the ERS button ( emergency robotics stop ).  Wait 15 seconds.  Depress the ERS button again to allow the robots to re-announce themselves to the library controller.
3. When the library has completed the reboot vary the LSM's back online.
4. Monitor the library for 100% functionality.
