Information in this document applies to any platform.

Customer rebooted the Library,but not able to unlock the mailslot.

Symptoms

Customer observing the below error message while trying to open the mail slot.

"Timed out waiting for the operation to complete" on Web BUI
"ERROR:Timed out waiting for the operation to complete" on the Library Operator Panel.

Cause

Magazine not seated properly or obstructions.

Solution

1. Remove the right magazine.
2. Check for any obstructions preventing the mailslot from opening correctly.
3. Remove the obstructions,if any.
4. Plug the right magazine back into the chassis.
5. Eject mailslot from the Operator Panel and check the functionality.
