ProPerf graph is updating based on data available in row and column of a statistic session associated with a Xdr session.

Symptoms

Getting message "Insufficient Privilege" while trying to access graph under ProPerf application.

Cause

Error message "Insufficient Privillege" can be observed by a user when he/she will not have correct permission for that object associated with the graph.

Solution

  1. Refer NSP Security user guide available on OTN and check whether user has correct permission for viewing graph in ProPerf application.
  2. Check the privacy role of the profile associated with the owner of the object in security application. If the owner is TklcSrv then transfer the ownership of the object to other user.
  3. Check whether correct permission to the role associated with the user are selected under Configuration-->Security-->Object-->select object and click privacy or . If not then assign it.
