Symptoms
Library is offline, at that time the drop down box does not work in GUI. Only solution is to restart the library.
Magazine in Module 10 showing in logs as being open when it is in fact closed.

Cause
Magazine open/unlatched events are seen even though no one unlocked magazine. Magazine sensor detecting open/unlatched state in module_10 intermittently. This is the reason for the library going offline and required latched state as online in GUI.
Solution
Magazine sensor problem in chassis. Problem stopped after replacing module_10 chassis. Replacing right magazine did not help.
