HOST_LAST_POWER_STATE=enabled

are not available in ILOM.

Cause

It's a known issue that the Power State Control settings are not available on X4800M2 nodes.

There are several bugs logged around this problem and the base bug is

Solution

The functionality will be add to ILOMs with newer Firmware.
