Field Text:
The internal ID of the next block is incorrect on a read.

Engineering Text:
This HLU ID sent from the DC Buffer to the DIA Bridge Master is not the next sequential block expected. Detected in dc_hdwr_check_dia_port_errors.

Solution

If and only if you can confirm that the drive took a 349C permanent error, the drive should be replaced. 

Note that we have a (tape drive) bug where 349C Retry errors are being reported by the drive as a permanent error in the trap and opening SRs.

You must not replace any drives for this FSC unless you see in the event log where it shows the severity as permanent.
