Control-get failed   <----- System stops here, does not enter OBP

Changes

After firmware upgrade:
From: PATCH# 18544278  VERSION: 9.2.0.a (system was booting)
To: PATCH# 19264421 VERSION: 9.2.1.b (unable to boot)

Cause

Due to lack of the appropriate input voltage, system was not able to completely initialize and start OBP.

Incorrect installation voltage used

Solution

Providing correct power will resolve the problem.

Reference: SPARC T5-2 Server Service Manual ( here )

Required power is a must for optimal system operation.
Input Voltage 200 - 240 VAC, 50-60Hz
Input Current 10.1A @ 200 VAC (max)
Input Power 1927.7W @ 200 VAC (max)
