Symptoms

When starting the OKM Manager GUI, this error comes up:

Error:
Connect failed
Error: SSL Error: Try disconnecting and connecting again.


The new KMA has OKM 3.0 installed

Changes

New KMA installation with OKM 3.0

Cause

OKM 3.0 requires OKM 3.0 GUI for management and administration
 
Customer installed OKM 3.0 GUI and was able to successfully connect to the new KMA 
 

Solution

Make sure that you are using OKM 3.0 GUI when connecting to and administering a KMA running OKM 3.0
