Cause

- Environment - High temperature

- Missing "DIMM/CPU Duct" causing poor CPU cooling

- Reduced air flow due to dust accumulated on the air filter (frontal cover)

Solution

1 - Check and confirm environmental conditions are within requirements as per:

Netra T2000 Server Site Planning Guide
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19596-01/819-5842-10/819-5842-10.pdf
      Environmental Specifications - pag 2

2 - Inspect and clean or replace, if required, the frontal air filter.

3 - Inspect whether "DIMM/CPU Duct" is correctly installed

You may refer to Service Manual in order to physically locate air filter and "DIMM/CPU Duct":

Ref.: Netra T2000 Server Service Manual
          http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19596-01/819-5841-10/819-5841-10.pdf
              4.3 Replacing the DIMM/CPU Duct
              5.1 Replacing the Air Filter

There were found evidences of CPU overheating (about 30°C above normal conditions) due to inlet air filter screened by dust:
