Symptoms

"Automatic snapshot not working on one of the share in uknzu03 "CRM-app-serv-PP" "

The customer later modified the problem description as follows:

"automatic snapshot is enabled on other project/shares and is working fine except one.
CRM-app-serv project and all it's shares on which automatic snapshot is not working".

No quotas are in place for any projects in the pool.

Cause

Bug 19446455 - no auto snapshots created after auto snapshots with clones zombified

Solution

The fix for bug 19446455 will be included in the upcoming Appliance Firmware Release 2013.1.4.0 (release date TBD).

Recommended action for the customer:

You will need to engage Oracle Support, by opening a Service Request, so that Oracle Support Services can provide confirmation of this issue and then carry out the appropriate activities to resolve the issue.
