Drive(s) that appear to be in a Fatal status: HU*12345L12 (example)
FRU: DriveAssembly - Current Status: Inoperative.

DRIVE_UNSPECIFIED_FAILURE - Fault Code:9022

Probable Failed Components

1. Module X Top/Bottom DriveAssembly
2. Module X Controller
3. Module X Motherboard

Where x is the drive number.

Changes

None

Cause

A non-specific drive error has occured

Drive connection has been lost

Solution

Actions to Take

1. Reseat/replace drive.
2. Reseat/replace controller.
3. Replace motherboard

If still in error please send in support bundle with newly logged case.
